To meet the given goals as well as all of Mikronis's expectations, a detailed analysis and research of keywords had to be conducted. Detailed keyword research means connecting with customers and their needs, and understanding the queries they type into the Google search engine when looking for desired terms, which in this case are related to Mikronis's business description. By analyzing the keywords, terms with the highest search volume were identified. Including these words and entire phrases in ads, expanding the ads, and using prominent clickable CTA buttons (calls to action), Mikronis's ads began to show results.

The results became visible very quickly. Improvement is evident in many important metrics, with the most important ones being those set as the primary goals of the entire cooperation.

Google Ads campaigns in 2019 achieved 95.43% more last-click online purchases with 26.90% less budget spent compared to 2018. When comparing the same metric with 2019, there were 34.51% more last-click online purchases with 11.20% less budget.

The conclusion is clear. Google Ads search and display networks show noticeable growth year after year, meaning each new year performs better than the previous one with a smaller budget.

Current Results of Mikronis Campaigns

Mikronis campaigns on all platforms achieve very good results. Comparing the two previous years in the periods from January 1, 2018 - July 29, 2018, and January 1, 2019 - July 29, 2019, there is certainly a more significant growth in the number of sessions. In 2018, during that period, the number of sessions was 936,166, while in the same period in 2019 it was 1,045,743, which is an increase of over 11.5%. Also, the same period this year, according to the latest data up to July 29, 2020, shows a number of sessions of 1,048,590, which is the highest number of sessions recorded so far. The conclusion is that the growing trend continues.

When it comes to the number of direct last-click online purchases in the period from January 1, 2018 - July 29, 2018, it was 2,637, and in the same period from January 1, 2019 - July 29, 2019, it was 2,802. However, the latest data for the same period in the current 2020 year shows a much higher number of 4,401, which is more than 57% increase. From the current data, it can be concluded that the ads are effective, encouraging customers and leading them to the last touchpoint and purchase confirmation.
 
Thanks to the applied knowledge of Arbona's experts in Google Ads and Facebook advertising, as well as relevant and timely ads with all the latest updates, sales growth was achieved with a smaller budget.
